With our new kitchen now complete we felt we must write to express our thanks to you for the way your company have dealt with our installation from start to finish. Diane Berry Kitchens have planned and project managed the works to a very high standard, and most importantly kept us informed of progress consistently. It is, unfortunately, rare these days to be on the receiving end of such customer focus and we can only but praise you for the very high standard obviously set. Of course to back this up you deal with a high quality product, and have an installation team that are hard working, courteous and most importantly good at their job. Our kitchen is now transformed to something beyond what we felt was attainable; to say we were extremely pleased with it would be an understatement. Please pass on our thanks to all at the company for the efforts put in, and we both wish you all the very best for what can only be a very good future.
