Dear Diane
Just a short note to thank you and your staff for a wonderful service we received from you when buying and installing a new kitchen in our home. From planning, the choosing and the installation your staff were delightful. They showed care, kindness and consideration as well as a detailed knowledge of the requirements of a fitted kitchen.
I would especially like to mention three people, Natalie, with whom I planned my kitchen, Diane who took over during Natalie`s leave and who was a pleasure to work with and last but by no means least, Martin, who to put it mildly, saved our lives. He was actually installing units when he noticed a leak, which if left untreated, would have ruined the whole kitchen.
Many thanks, I now have the perfect kitchen and am thrilled!
